  1. The module exists in our software but the client wants to change its function and the calculation is called customization.
  2. The module does not exist in our software, but the client wants it This is called additional development.
  3. We do not discourage our clients from doing any additional development to the software. You can add any additional functions to the system with the minimum development charge.
  4. We are providing development at a very minimal charge.
  5. After receiving the client’s requirements in the mail, our technical team will analyze the requirements.
  6. Our technical team will calculate working hours.
  7. We will send the client a details quotation.
  8. Upon receiving a work order, our team begins to update.
  9. In our quote we mention the development period.
  10. During the development period, our team will approach the person with concerns if they want to know anything.
  11. After passing the test system and QC, the development system will be deployed.
  12. There is a warranty policy and a free bug fixing period of 3 months, these three months can change or change the concept of client development.
  13. We don’t provide any our source code to any client.
  14. After successfully develop any additional function we have the right to add permanently the function to the software.
  15. After successfully develop any additional function we have the right to resell to other clients.
